These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Livora's website, AI personalization system, subscription meals, snacks, and related services. By using Livora, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Livora provides:

  • AI-powered personalized meal planning
  • Daily fresh subscription meal delivery (Delhi only, 7–9 AM)
  • One-time healthy meals (limited availability)
  • Pan-India snack delivery

Livora is not a medical service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and health information
  • Maintain account security
  • Not misuse Livora services
  • Not provide false medical information

4. Pricing & Billing

Subscription pricing depends on:

  • Daily base price
  • Plan duration (3, 7, 15, 30 days)
  • Diet type (veg, egg, vegan, non-veg)
  • Portion size (S/M/L)

All plans are fully prepaid.

5. Delivery

Meals are freshly prepared and delivered daily between 7 AM – 9 AM within serviceable Delhi zones.

Snack orders ship pan-India via courier partners.

If the delivery address is incorrect or the user does not respond, the delivery will be marked completed.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow Livora's official Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Full refunds are not offered once a meal plan begins except in specific approved cases.

7. No Guaranteed Results & Health Disclaimer

Livora provides AI-powered personalized meal recommendations based on the information shared by the user.

However, Livora does not guarantee any specific health outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Weight loss or inch loss
  • Muscle gain or strength increase
  • Blood sugar improvements
  • PCOS or thyroid-related results
  • Any transformation outcome

Results depend on factors outside Livora's control such as lifestyle, adherence, medical conditions, hormonal profile, daily activity level, and consistency.

Livora meal plans support general wellness only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users with medical conditions should consult a doctor before starting a Livora plan.

Users are responsible for informing Livora about allergies. Livora is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or intolerances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Livora is not responsible for:

  • User's lack of expected results
  • Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies
  • Delays caused by logistic partners
  • Incorrect user-entered data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
