This Shipping Policy explains how Livora manages delivery of subscription meals and snack products across different regions in India.

2. Meal Plan Deliveries (Delhi Only)

Livora delivers fresh, same-day prepared subscription meals within specific serviceable zones in Delhi.

Delivery Details:

  • All subscription meals are delivered daily between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Meals are prepared fresh every morning
  • Users must provide accurate address & building/entry instructions
  • If delivery fails due to wrong address, no response, or unreachable contact, the meal will be marked as delivered

3. Snack Deliveries (Pan-India)

For Xerocal and other packaged snack orders:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on location
  • Shipping partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and others
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • Subscription meals are ONLY delivered within designated serviceable areas in Delhi
  • Snack orders may be restricted in remote or non-serviceable PIN codes

5. Damaged or Missing Items

For subscription meals:

• Any quality or delivery issue must be reported on the same day of delivery

For snack orders:

  • Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours
  • Users must provide clear photos/videos for verification

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Livora is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • User not answering calls/door
  • Restricted building entry
